Ok, sorrry. I didn't know.

the mic ont he camera seems to not be able to capture the high notes of King's voice.

OMG I would've passed out the second King walked on the stage if I'd been at that show! Unless they had him on the bill as being there, but to be there and all the sudden, "Oh by the way King Diamond is here", oh yeah, I would've have died for sure, lol.

That video is fucking amazing! It just makes me remember how much I love King and how fucking amazing he is live. Thanks for posting, I missed it in the other section.

I wonder if he ever sings w/o his crossbones mic?

Doing nothing? It seemed to me they were playing the songs! What more do you want? For them to take poses and smile for the camera? Jump around and laugh? This ain't mtv, it's a freaking metal show! You have Metallica and (almost) Mercyful Fate together on stage giving new life to these songs and you still complain?

I get the impression that Metallica was sort of hanging back and letting King & Hank take center stage. it's a Mercyful Fate medley after all....

i want some action on stage, thats what im missing watching this, metallica is playing some heavy shit sometimes, yet i dont think they are as great on stage like a band like Iron Maiden or Judas Priest they are actually booring just standing playing, i know they are better musicians than having hard playing this song so at least they could move around a little maybe headbang or something

and then everyone would say "Oh look at them trying to upstage King and his guys" we are never happy huh? I'm sure if you'd actually been at that show you wouldn't have anything to complain about, it's hard to capture the real feel of a show on an amature video. No offense, we all have different taste and expectations in a show, I just think it's incredible to have 2 awesome groups working together like this so I can overlook the lack of moving around on this one.

I hadnt seen this video yet.  Thanks for posting it, it ruled ass!   I have an old bootleg video from nineteen eighty something where king is singing happy birthday to james hetfield.  Lars and kirk are also there.  I believe it was 1986, fatal portrait tour recently after cliff burton had a bus roll on top of him and kill him.

i can somehow agree with you except i also find Hank booring on this one also just standing i actually only think King is doing some great work with moving aroung showing his usual performance, yeah youre right metallica shouldnt try to shine over king that would be quite stupid
