Andy's Best Solo
« on: January 31, 2007, 10:59:57 am »
I thought it would be interesting to hear opinions on what others may believe to be Andy's most powerful solo's (on any KD albums).   \m/
-Welcome Home
-The Eye of the Witch
-Victimized

I can definetely agree with Welcome Home especially.  And he always plays it perfect live also...its amazing to see.  Andy's style is like no other.  Personally, I believe its completely original and cannot be compared to as far as any other metal is concerned.  Hail to the King and master!  :king:

Mansion in darkness, 7th day of July 1777, Omens.

Favorite Denner solo has always been the final solo of Black Horsemen.

This is really hard to say-- everything Andy does is quite phenomenal really.

But if I had to pick it'd either be Welcome Home or A Mansion In Darkness\m/

Well thats a really tough question to answer so many great themes and solos to choose from but will have to say my all time favorite is theme and solo played by Andy on a mansion in darkness off the Abigail album.

As a guitarist and a huge KD fan this is a very hard question for me. If I'd have to name the best solo of andy... I'd say the last solo of Black Horsemen, brings tears to eyes  :king:

Can't answer this because I dont really remember solos unless I really think about it. And there are too many songs to consider so thats too much to think about.

The solo at the end of Black Horsemen is actually Denner's.  Definetely one of Denner's best.  Andy's is the one before it.   \m/
